trade show results

521 forms from our booth. By evening, sales had their list.

In two days of a trade show, our booth collected 521 forms. Normally this is where the long spreadsheet work starts: remove test entries, find duplicates, match against the CRM.

I uploaded the export, and the same evening I had a dashboard and a ready list for the sales team. Every company in it was already linked to its lead in Bitrix24.

[ AI or marketing ]

Consultation

You leave with a plan for one question of yours. For example: how to run a blog with AI without sounding like a robot. Or why your ads bring leads but not sales.

Before the call you fill in a short form and upload your materials to ChatGPT following my brief, and I review your account, website and funnel. We work for 90 minutes in Zoom on your material, and you keep the recording. Two days later I send a summary: what is wrong, what to do and in what order. For another week I answer questions on Telegram. You end up with a step-by-step plan: follow it and you get a working solution.

Before the consultation I send you a short brief: which files to prepare and upload to ChatGPT. That way we don't spend the session on setup and get straight to work. If you decide to build your own system afterwards, the consultation fee counts toward the series within 30 days.

[ Three-session series ]

Your System

This is for people who want to learn to do it themselves, not to get something ready-made. We pick one task, for example running Instagram with AI. By the end of the series you have your own assistant that writes in your voice, a content plan and a command that turns a topic into a post, a reel and a carousel. You build all of it yourself on your own account, with me next to you.

Session by session. First: an assistant in ChatGPT that knows you, your audience and your voice, and your first post made from a voice note. Second: a topic table and a monthly content plan that collects your ideas, questions from comments and topics by theme. Third: one command that turns a topic into a post, a reel script, a carousel and stories, plus a review of the month's stats.

Before the first session you prepare your files following my brief. Two to three weeks between sessions, so you really try it yourself. After each one: a summary and a week of questions on Telegram. See an example system for running a blog ↓

[ Four weeks ]

Guided month

You do the work, and I check it and tell you what to fix before you go too far the wrong way. We start with one 90-minute call: your business, your task and a plan for the month.

Then every week you send me what you have made: a post, a landing page, a prompt, a content plan. I review it and reply in writing: what to keep, what to redo and why. Four reviews in all, the last one before launch. Chat on workdays in between.

A month later one task is done and checked, and you know how to do the next one yourself.

[ Two-week project ]

An AI system for your marketing

I build the system, and then you work with it yourself. First we talk for an hour: what you sell, to whom, in what voice, and which tasks repeat every week.

Then over two weeks I build it: a file describing your business and voice, a project in Claude or ChatGPT, 6–10 prompts for your tasks and one automation. For example, you record a voice note in Telegram and get back a draft post in your own words. In the second hour we go through everything on your real tasks, and I stay in touch for two more weeks.

A month later the system is working on your tasks and lives in your own account.

Ongoing support

For people who make marketing decisions every week and want another experienced person beside them. Two calls a month: we look at the numbers, the goal for the quarter and what is stuck. Between calls, chat on workdays and a review of up to three of your documents a month: strategy, landing page, emails, content plan.

I don't do the work for you: I look, steer and tell you what to change.

25 years in marketing and media.

I spent 13 years at Cosmopolitan: first as publisher, then as director of the magazine, and I sat on the board of Independent Media (Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping, Harper's Bazaar, Esquire, Popular Mechanics and other titles). Then came Condé Nast and RTVI, and now Alpina Digital, part of Alpina Publishing Group.

Today we bring AI into companies, and I test new tools every day. That is why I don't talk about AI in general. I show how it works on specific tasks: analytics, presentations, content, sales.

I live in Spain and work in Russian and English.

How is a consultation different from the series?

In a consultation we work through one question, and you leave with a plan. In the three-session series you build your own system: an assistant, a content plan and a pipeline, with me next to you at every step.

Do I need to know AI?

No. Most people use ChatGPT like Google, and that is a fine place to start. I explain on your own tasks, without jargon.

Will you write content for me?

No, I don't run accounts or write content for clients. We build a system in which you write yourself, just faster and in your own voice.

Which tool do I need?

Claude or ChatGPT on a paid plan, about €20 a month. We choose which one together before we start.

How do I pay?

In advance, in euros.
